4. Products and Prices

• Proportions and Sizing: We price decals based on character count and height to maintain correct font proportions. We are not responsible for "squashed" or "stretched" text if a customer requests dimensions outside of our standard proportional scaling.

• Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display the colors of our vinyl and prints as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be an exact match to the physical product.

• Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

5. Custom Orders and Accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. For custom decals (such as Social Handles), you are solely responsible for providing the correct spelling and "Product Code." We will cut exactly what is provided in the order notes; we are not liable for spelling errors or incorrect code assembly provided by the customer.

6. Australian Consumer Law (Refunds & Returns)

Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Custom Goods: Please note that for change-of-mind, Australian Consumer Law does not generally require a refund for custom-made goods (such as personalized decals or birth details).

• Faulty Goods: You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. If the product is not of acceptable quality, we will rectify the issue in accordance with your rights under the ACL.

7. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe upon our intellectual property or the intellectual property of others; (c) to submit false or misleading information; or (d) to upload malicious code. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any prohibited uses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), Stick It To Ya shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products, including but not limited to improper application of decals to vehicle surfaces or windows.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stick It To Ya from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
